YourPeople app

The YourPeople app is an easy tool for organizations to get feedback from their professionals and to

assess their skills, performance and/or job satisfaction.

It can be used as a tool for various purposes, such as:

- Change management

- Employee representation

- Job applications

- Employee KPI review

- Suggestion box

Your professionals receive daily (or weekly/monthly/etc.) notifications to answer some questions in the app. As a result, you obtain valuable information on how your (future) people deal with daily situations, how they perform or what they suggest to improve the working environment and culture in the organization. All in a very efficient manner. So this increases efficiency and at the same time makes you more aware of the people in your organization and their performance and ideas. The information obtained through the app can be used as a valid starting point for face to face meetings or workshops.
